Els compostos farmac\u00e8utics d\u2019\u00fas hum\u00e0 i animal s\u2019han identificat com a microcontaminants aqu\u00e0tics omnipresents amb possibles efectes nocius sobre el medi ambient. La major part d\u2019aquests compostos, un cop consumits i excretats, van a parar a les EDARs, que no estan dissenyades per eliminar-los completament. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, els efluents d\u2019aquestes esdevenen un flux, poc concentrat per\u00f2 constant, de f\u00e0rmacs cap al medi aqu\u00e0tic. L\u2019objectiu principal d\u2019aquest treball \u00e9s el d\u2019adquirir i proporcionar\u00a0coneixement pel que fa tant a la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019aquests compostos farmac\u00e8utics a les aig\u00fces residuals, com a la seva degradaci\u00f3 en EDARs i la seva desc\u00e0rrega al medi receptor. Els resultats obtinguts demostren la variabilitat en l\u2019efic\u00e0cia dels tractaments convencionals d\u2019aig\u00fces residuals i la contribuci\u00f3 dels processos avan\u00e7ats a l\u2019hora d\u2019eliminar els f\u00e0rmacs. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha aconseguit modelar el comportament d\u2019un f\u00e0rmac i dels seus productes de transformaci\u00f3. S’ha abordat tamb\u00e9, l\u2019impacte d\u2019un antibi\u00f2tic sobre la comunitat bacteriana a nivell microbiol\u00f2gic i el fenomen dels gens de resist\u00e8ncia antibi\u00f2tica. I, finalment, el paper de t\u00e8cniques prote\u00f2miques a l\u2019hora de buscar possibles prote\u00efnes involucrades en el proc\u00e9s de biodegradaci\u00f3 de certs compostos farmac\u00e8utics.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
