data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLes ciutats (especialment, les mediterr\u00e0nies) s\u00f3n punts cr\u00edtics del canvi clim\u00e0tic, sotmeses a pressions creixents derivades de les sequeres, les pluges intenses, l&#8217;augment de les temperatures i l&#8217;esgotament dels recursos. En aquest context, els sistemes d\u2019aigua urbans s\u00f3n claus per a la gesti\u00f3 ambiental: vehiculen aigua, energia i nutrients, alhora que estan condicionats per factors socials, econ\u00f2mics i de governan\u00e7a. Tanmateix, els models de planificaci\u00f3 actuals encara tenen dificultats per integrar els fluxos circulars de recursos, la multifuncionalitat i la just\u00edcia socioambiental, o per traduir les opcions circulars en decisions concretes de disseny estructural.<br><br>Per respondre a aquestes mancances, aquesta tesi proposa un nou marc \u00a0anomenat \u201c<strong>Nexe urb\u00e0 de recursos hidrosocials<\/strong>\u201d (en angl\u00e8s, <strong><em>Hydrosocial Resource Urban Nexus, HRUN<\/em>)<\/strong>, que conceptualitza la gesti\u00f3 urbana de l&#8217;aigua com un nexe de recursos organitzat en diverses capes que vincula aigua, energia, aliments, ecosistemes i societat. Dins del model, la infraestructura del sistema es defineix a partir de quatre estrat\u00e8gies de disseny: circularitat, escala, renaturalitzaci\u00f3 i digitalitzaci\u00f3. El marc estableix un cicle de planificaci\u00f3 per a intervencions circulars i avalua el rendiment del sistema mitjan\u00e7ant funcionalitats ambientals i socioecon\u00f2miques.<br><br>La recerca tradueix la teoria hidrosocial i socioecol\u00f2gica en etapes pr\u00e0ctiques de planificaci\u00f3 al llarg de quatre estudis. En primer lloc, estableix el cicle te\u00f2ric de planificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;HRUN. En segon lloc, crea un esquema d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 per examinar com les combinacions de les quatre estrat\u00e8gies de disseny afecten la resili\u00e8ncia socioambiental, incloent-hi sin\u00e8rgies i compensacions clau. En tercer lloc, analitza com la descentralitzaci\u00f3 configura la resili\u00e8ncia dels subsistemes de drenatge, sanejament i abastament d&#8217;aigua, identificant escales sensibles al context per a diferents finalitats de circularitat i configuracions espacials. Finalment, la recerca valida a Girona, Espanya, un m\u00e8tode de suport espacial a la decisi\u00f3 que combina GIS-MCDA, <em>clustering <\/em>basat en teoria de grafs, indicadors de risc, criteris socioambientals i prefer\u00e8ncies dels actors implicats. El m\u00e8tode prioritza \u00e0rees per a unitats circulars de gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;aigua segons la vulnerabilitat local i escales de descentralitzaci\u00f3 adequades.<br><br>A Girona, la metodologia proposa una transici\u00f3 gradual cap a la circularitat. En l\u2019etapa inicial d\u2019adopci\u00f3 del 15%, identifica nou sectors de barris on es podrien prioritzar les intervencions, sobretot mitjan\u00e7ant mesures de restauraci\u00f3 del cicle de l\u2019aigua (66%) i esquemes de reutilitzaci\u00f3 per a reg (25%). Un filtre orientat vers la governan\u00e7a distingeix, a m\u00e9s, les parcel\u00b7les amb m\u00e9s potencial per a una acci\u00f3 p\u00fablica directa d\u2019aquelles que necessiten incentius, consorcis o una adopci\u00f3 negociada. En paral\u00b7lel, els resultats del <em>clustering <\/em>per reutilitzaci\u00f3 indiquen que un escenari de reutilitzaci\u00f3 multi-prop\u00f2sit distribu\u00eft a tota la ciutat podria cobrir aproximadament el 39% de la demanda d\u2019aigua per a regadiu i desc\u00e0rregues de v\u00e0ters. En comparar-ho amb la intensitat energ\u00e8tica estimada del cicle urb\u00e0 de l\u2019aigua actual de Girona (0,68 kWh\/m\u00b3), aquestes instal\u00b7lacions descentralitzades funcionen de manera molt diferent segons la configuraci\u00f3 del tractament: els sistemes basats en aiguamolls reduirien l\u2019empremta energ\u00e8tica total, incl\u00f2s el tractament i el transport, fins a 0,31 kWh\/m\u00b3, mentre que els sistemes basats en bioreactors de membrana l\u2019augmentarien fins a 1,31 kWh\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<br><br>En conjunt, la tesi aporta una metodologia espacial replicable per avaluar sin\u00e8rgies i compensacions infraestructurals, tot vinculant la teoria hidrosocial, l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de sistemes i la planificaci\u00f3 espacial com a suport de la transici\u00f3 cap a sistemes urbans de l\u2019aigua m\u00e9s justos i resilients. Aix\u00f2 contribuir\u00e0 a millorar la gesti\u00f3 urbana de l\u2019aigua a diferents nivells i a augmentar la resili\u00e8ncia de les ciutats mediterr\u00e0nies a episodis extrems.
