Doctoral Programme in Water Science and Technology

The main objective of the Doctoral Programme in Water Science and Technology is to train high-level researchers in this field of knowledge. This doctorate presents a coherent and diverse programme that will provide the optimal environment for the training of researchers: a network of interconnected teams and lines of research, with national and international projection, and coordinated by the Doctoral School of the University of Girona and under the framework of the Euro-Mediterranean Campus of the Tourism and Water.
The proposal aims to become a reference doctorate in Catalonia in water issues. With this goal, apart from researchers from various institutes and departments of the University of Girona (UdG), the programme brings together the Catalan Institute for Water Research (ICRA) and two CSIC centers, the Center for Advanced Studies of Blanes (CEAB) and the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA).
