Removal of siloxanes in the energy recovery of WWTP biogas: Advanced oxidation process
The project seeks to develop a sequential adsorption/oxidation process for biogas siloxanes removal by means of activated carbons or different types of zeolites and H2O2/O3. This combined process allows minimizing costs, improving removal capacity and favouring in situ regeneration of adsorbent materials.
